Fundamentals and technology of multifunctional oxide thin films - an E-MRS symposium

A symposium on multifunctional oxide thin films will
be held upon next year's E-MRS spring meeting from
June 8-12, 2009 in Strasbourg, France. P. Muralt,
Coordinator of 3D-DEMO, is one of the chairpersons of
